Having problems getting Apache 2.4.x to display PHP files ? Sometimes the installer doesn't create these directives, so you can try the following in /etc/httpd/conf/conf.d/php.conf

Assumes PHP 7.x

Remember to test

> sudo httpd -t

before restarting

sudo systemctl httpd restart
